Questions, answered
Do I need to create an account?
Not for Individual and Combo: just enter your licence key once on each device. Cloud uses a simple email sign-in so your planner can sync.
Where is my data saved?
Individual and Combo save everything on your own device, privately. Cloud also keeps a safe copy online so your 2 devices stay in sync.
How do I install it on my phone?
Open the planner and tap Install app. On iPhone, tap Share and then Add to Home Screen. It opens full screen and works offline, like an app from the store.
What happens if I change phones?
With Individual or Combo, export a backup on your old phone, then import it on the new one after entering your key. With Cloud, just sign in and everything is already there.
Can I share my licence key?
Each key works on a set number of devices: 1 for Individual and 3 for Combo. Combo is the best way to use it on your phone, tablet and computer.
Is it in Bahasa Melayu and Chinese?
Yes. Switch between English, Bahasa Melayu and 中文 at any time, including dates.
What about 2028?
