PlannerMY Terms of Service

1. The Service

PlannerMY is a digital planner that works in your browser and can be installed like an app. Individual and Combo save your planner on your own devices. Cloud adds sync and online backup across your devices.

2. Your Account

• Please give accurate information when you sign up or buy, and keep your password and licence key private.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and licence key.
• An account is for one person or one household, as described in the package you buy.

3. Packages and Licences

• Individual is a one-time purchase for use on 1 device. Combo is a one-time purchase for use on up to 3 devices.
• A licence covers the PlannerMY 2027 edition. Future editions may be offered separately, with special prices for existing customers.
• Licences are personal and may not be resold, shared beyond the device limit, or transferred without our permission.
• Moving a licence to a new device is allowed a limited number of times. Contact support if you need more.

4. Cloud Subscription

• Cloud is available monthly, for 6 months or yearly. You have access for the period you paid for.
• Cloud does not renew automatically and no future payments are deducted. To continue, you renew and pay again before it ends.
• When a subscription ends, syncing stops. What is already saved on your devices stays there. The online copy may be deleted some time after the subscription ends.

5. Payments

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by the CHIP payment gateway through FPX online banking. Early bird and promotional prices are for a limited time.

6. Refunds

Licence keys and Cloud access are delivered instantly. If you have a problem with your purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will help. Refunds are reviewed case by case. When a refund is given, the related licence key or Cloud access is switched off.

7. Acceptable Use

• You must not use PlannerMY for illegal, harmful or abusive purposes.
• You must not attempt to hack, bypass licence or device limits, reverse engineer, overload, resell, copy or misuse the service.
• Reino Creative Group Sdn. Bhd. may suspend or switch off licences and accounts that break these terms, including keys used on more devices than allowed.

8. Your Content

You own what you write in your planner. You are responsible for keeping backups of important information, especially with Individual and Combo, where your planner is saved only on your devices.

9. Intellectual Property

The PlannerMY name, design, software, source code, illustrations, templates and related materials belong to Reino Creative Group Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, clone, redistribute or reverse engineer them without written permission.

10. Service Availability

The planner works offline once installed. Online features such as activation, Cloud sync, reminders and holiday updates may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance, updates, hosting, internet, payment gateway or other third-party issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

PlannerMY is provided as a personal planning tool. Reino Creative Group Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for indirect losses, missed appointments or deadlines, data loss, or problems caused by user error, device issues, third-party services, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

12. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of PlannerMY after an update means you accept the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
